In the Russian calendar of holidays, the Day of the Legal Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs appeared in 2003 - from the moment Boris Gryzlov (then Minister of Internal Affairs) issued a corresponding decree. The date for the celebration of this day was chosen with an emphasis on the event of 1946, when on July 19 the legal department joined the Central Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, whose main duties include giving opinions on all documentation submitted for signature to the Minister of Internal Affairs, as well as his deputies, and advising agency for any legal issues that may arise.
With the founding of the legal part, only nine employees worked in it. Around the same time, the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs began to acquire new legal advisers and separate legal departments. In 1985, the VD authorities issued general rules for a systematized juruchet. In Russia, by this period, as a rule, all sowing work was completed, if they were still ongoing. It was believed that the morning "sysoeva" dew had high healing properties, so the peasants, after waking up, immediately went into the yard and sprinkled their faces with this life-giving moisture in order to gain strength and health. In addition, cattle were “lubricated” with such dew for its better performance. On this day, the housewives harvested blackcurrants, and in the evening they cooked delicious berry jam and baked chicken in currant sauce.

By the end of 1695, the Russian army planned to make the second Azov campaign during the war with the Turks. At the beginning of 1696, the construction of the fleet was completed. Thus, he became the forerunner of the great scientist Ohm, who succeeded in establishing the law of the electric circuit in 1827. And thanks to his efforts in Russia, for the first time, a physics cabinet was equipped at the Moscow Art Academy, which was considered one of the best in Europe.
Samuel Colt(1814 - 1862) - the famous American gunsmith-designer. His most famous invention is the .45 Peacemaker revolver. The revolver was a symbol of the period of conquest of the Wild West. In the middle of the nineteenth century, the military department ordered the designer of small arms to make a couple of thousand copies for waging war with Mexico. Thanks to this order, Colt earned a considerable amount of money, which allowed him to establish his own company in his hometown of Hartford, after which the whole world learned about Samuel. Society even made up a saying about him: "God gave people freedom, and Colt provided them with equal rights."
Vladimir Mayakovsky(1893 - 1930) - Soviet poet. In 1908 he joined the RSDLP in order to lead the revolutionary struggle. Soon Mayakovsky left the party and was arrested. In 1909, while in solitary confinement, he began to write poetry. His first "serious" poem "Night" was published in the futuristic collection "A Slap in the Face of Public Taste". For such courage and firm position, Mayakovsky was expelled from the Moscow School of Painting, where he studied for about three years. In 1915, the young poet completed the poem "A Cloud in Trousers". In it, he showed his distaste for the First World War. In subsequent years, he actively worked with Komsomolskaya Pravda and Izvestia. His poems and satirical plays were also published in the popular magazines Ogonyok and Novy Mir. Some of Mayakovsky's plays were later staged at the theatre. In 1930 the poet was found in own apartment with a bullet wound to the heart. Conducted investigative measures showed that he himself took his own life.
